This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Everlasting Unions LLC platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, post, or share content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent.
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (see our DMCA Policy).
- Contains malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the Service.
- Impersonates any person, memorial, or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with one.
- Violates the privacy or dignity of the deceased or their surviving family members.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to memorials, accounts, PIN-protected content, or platform systems.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Service without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization.
3. Memorial-Specific Use
Memorials are intended to honor the memory of a deceased person or pet. Creating memorials in bad faith, for satire, or to harass surviving family members is prohibited and may result in immediate removal of content and suspension of your account.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts found to be in violation, without prior notice.
